Cass County Marriage License Use and Expiration

Your Cass County marriage license is good for 60 days from the issue date. Indiana has no waiting period, so you can marry the same day you get the license. Your ceremony can take place anywhere in Indiana. After your ceremony, the officiant signs the license and returns it to the Cass County Clerk within 60 days per IC 31-11-4-11.
